WHO WILL VISIT THE FAIR "JUL i JUNI"?

Distributors from the promotional industry and everyone who sells Coporate Christmas gifts!!

We invite all distributors who sell corporate gifts and promotion products.

No end users will be invited to this fair.

In every city in Denmark, many companies are selling corporate gifts.

We have thought of all kinds og distributors: Traditional advertising gift

distributors, but also flower shops, shops with deliscious foods and confectionary, office supplies and others that provide Christmas presents to end customers.

We invite all distributors to Denmark's first Christmas fair, where

manufacturers and distributors meet at the fair will meet for inspiration regarding the Corporate gifts for the Christmas 2019.

THE STAND

BASIC STAND 9m2: BACK WALL - RED CARPET - SPOT ABOVE THE STAND - POWER SUPLY.

You can book extra stands if you want a bigge stand. Please see options below in the booking form.

Deadline for booking of your stand is December 1st. 2018.

Building of stands: Wednesday June 5th. 9:00-22:00.

Opening hours Thursday June 6th. 9:00- 17: 00.

Dismantling Thursday June 6th. 17:00-22-00.

Visitors list will be available after the fair.

LUNCH / COFFEE

WE WILL SERVE A DELICIOUS CHRISTMAS LUNCH

AFor the visitors and exhibitors we will serve this year's first Christmas lunch. (excl. beverage)

During the whole show, free coffee and Christmas cookies are available for exhibitors and visitors.

Marinated herring with rustic curry salad.

Eggs with prawns and lemon mayo.

Veal brawn with roots, rustic mustard and beetroot sprouts.

Roast beef with rustic remo and horseradish.

Confited ribs with crisp and red cabbage.

Rice á La Mande with Cherry Sauce

Rustic bread and butter. (exc. beverage)

CATALOGUE

FREE ADVERTISING IN THEFAIR CATALOGUE

You will get a free advertisment in the catalog, designed as a CHRISTMAS MAGAZINE with beautiful articles and Christmas ideas.  The visitors will get their isue of the CHRISTMAS MAGAZINE at the fair.

All visiting distributors have the opportunity to buy the CHRISTMAS MAGAZINE including all exhibitors' ads, and we offer them personalization of the CHRISTMAS MAGAZINE with their own front- and back side.

We wil distribute JULEMAGASINET to companies in the postal districts each distributor buys.

THE STAND MODULES ARE ON 9m2.

ALL THE STANDS ARE EQUIPED WITH  WHITE BACK WALLS, RED CARPETS, SPOT ABOVE THE STAND AND 220v POWER SUPPLY.

The HALL B in ODENSE CONGRESS CENTER will be decorated for Christmas, with cozy Christmas lights.

All exhibitors and visitors be served free Christmas lunch in the traditional danish style.
